How it Works
What happens
in a session:
We haven’t lost our ability to tune in and be our own guides, we have just slept on it for a while. That connection to your highest self is still there, waiting for you to nourish that part of yourself and give it some TLC. My job as your coach is to hold space for you to develop a new skill set and give you the nudge and support you need to allow this process to unfold.
Together we will uncover:
Where the core limiting beliefs stem from
- Childhood
- Conditioning
- Energetic blocks
- Nervous system
The stories you tell yourself and how to transform them
- I’m not pretty enough, thin enough, smart enough etc.
- I’m an anxious person.
- I’m not good with money.
- I’m not good at making friends.
- I’m not very confident.
The goals that you need to work towards
- Does this goal move you closer to your purpose?
- Creating goals that have personal meaning to you
- Set action steps to get there
The Process
STEP 1:
Onboarding
- Book in your free discovery session.
- You will then be sent a confidential Client Intake Form which will fill out and return within 24 hours of our first call.
- During your discovery session we will discuss what you would like to change and what your desired outcome would be – This allows for the coaching to be tailored specifically for you.
STEP 2:
Coaching Session
- Your transformation sessions take place over Zoom.
- Each session takes 75-90 minutes
- Some of these sessions include hypnosis: We will go back to the root cause of the issue/s.
- We effectively work through the issues (old beliefs) that rapidly come to the surface in order for you to process, understand, heal & rewire new, more beneficial, healthy beliefs and patterns.
- During the last part of your session, I create a personalized recording for you.
STEP 3:
Follow Up
- After your session, I will send you a follow up email within 48 hours and your personal recording.
- It is vital that you listen to your recording daily for at least 21 days after your session.
- The recording is designed around your specific needs and goals and it is by repeatedly listening to these new, positive beliefs that you will break old, unwanted behaviors and thought processes and rewire your subconscious.
- I will check in with you regularly via email / text messages to support you throughout the process. I am available if you need to contact me for any support throughout our time together. This is included in your session fee.
What I ask of you:
Be open minded, be willing to explore parts of yourself that you haven’t gotten to know that well yet. Embrace all aspects of who you are and remember that without the shadow there is no light. If you want instant gratification, you’re also in the right place! I will teach you the tools of cultivating patience, loving kindness and compassion. This is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
