12 Week Transformation Coaching
Are you struggling with:

This 3 month program is designed to rewire your brain and change your patterns and behaviors. We will meet once per week and go through mindfulness based exercises and holistic techniques (breathwork, movement practices, meditations etc.) to work on any areas in your life, where you feel stuck. This program requires commitment to the process, in which home assignments will be given each week to create real, life long change. Nutritional support and fitness recommendations are included during these 12 weeks to support mind, body and spirit.
All transformation coaching sessions are allotted 75 minutes to give plenty of time to do the work and process.
Single Transformation Coaching Sessions:
A 12 week commitment can feel like a lot and I would still love to work together. You can book single transformation coaching sessions on your own schedule and space them out in any way that feels right. All transformation coaching sessions are allotted 75 minutes to give plenty of time to do the work and process.
One On One Integrative Nutrition Coaching:
The energy we put in our body, is directly affecting the energy we put out into the world. Nutrition is not a one size fits all process. I work with you on deconstructing your past and present eating and lifestyle habits to create an eating plan that works for you. I take into consideration your: Body type, schedule and emotional needs to ensure that you LOVE the way you will be eating. We will work over the course of 3 sessions minimum to provide you with all of the tools you need to make this a lifestyle, not a quick fix. We will connect via Zoom. The first 2 sessions will be 1 hour long and the 3rd is typically 30-45 min long.
